Summary

This phase 2 trial is testing whether a combination of two drugs, enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab, can shrink tumors in people with advanced melanoma that has worsened after standard therapy. The study will enroll 60 adults with unresectable stage III or IV melanoma. Researchers hope that targeting a protein called Nectin4 on melanoma cells may provide a new way to control the disease.
