Summary
This study looked back at the records of 471 women who had breast cancer surgery with immediate breast reconstruction. It compared a newer method using a tiny camera through small cuts (endoscopic surgery) to the traditional method with a larger cut. The goal was to see which approach leads to fewer complications and better quality of life and satisfaction for patients.
