NCT ID NCT04221438

First seen Nov 12, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tested two drugs, encorafenib and binimetinib, given before surgery to people with stage IIIB-D melanoma that had spread to lymph nodes. The goal was to see if the drugs could shrink or eliminate tumors before they were removed. Only 3 people enrolled before the study was stopped early, so results are very limited.
