Summary

This study tests a community-led program to prevent and control type 2 diabetes in rural Kabul, Afghanistan. About 250 adults aged 20 and older will join group learning sessions to discuss healthy habits and diabetes management. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and well-liked in the community.
