Summary
This study tests whether empagliflozin, a drug used for diabetes, can help the heart recover better after aortic valve replacement. About 205 adults with severe aortic stenosis will receive either the drug or a placebo for 6 months after their procedure. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces heart muscle thickness and improves symptoms.
