Summary

This study tests a new online tool that gives patients taking five or more medications personalized information about drug interactions and genetic factors. 120 adults from four European countries will use the tool for 12 weeks and complete questionnaires to see if it improves their understanding and confidence in managing their medicines. The goal is to learn whether such a tool can help patients stay safer and more informed.
