New Mind-Body approach targets lingering pain after trauma

Summary
This study is testing whether a new type of talk therapy can help people who still have pain months after a serious bone or muscle injury. About 30 participants will attend 8 weekly therapy sessions focused on emotional awareness and expression. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for this group, while also checking if it helps with pain and emotional distress.
