The EMBRACE trial will test whether a 12-month program combining Mediterranean diet advice, cognitive and language training, physical activity, and financial/digital literacy can help older adults at risk of cognitive decline. 120 participants will be randomly assigned to the program or regular health counseling. The study will measure changes in thinking skills and quality of life.

What this could lead to

If successful, this program could offer a practical way to help older adults maintain their thinking skills and quality of life as they age.
