New drug cocktail aims to tackle returning myeloma

NCT ID NCT06785415

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a combination of four drugs—iberdomide, daratumumab, elotuzumab, and dexamethasone—in people whose multiple myeloma has come back after treatment. The study has two phases: first, finding the safest dose of iberdomide, and second, seeing how well the combo works at shrinking tumors. About 37 participants will be enrolled, all of whom have had up to three prior treatments.
