New 4-Drug cocktail aims to beat back relapsed myeloma

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (iberdomide, daratumumab, elotuzumab, and dexamethasone) in people whose multiple myeloma has returned after previous treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see how well the drugs work together to shrink or control the cancer. About 37 adults who have had up to 3 prior treatments are being enrolled at Mayo Clinic.
