This trial tests whether a specially engineered donor stem cell transplant, called Orca-Q, can safely treat people with high-risk multiple myeloma that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. The transplant uses donor blood-forming cells and immune cells, with certain T cells removed to reduce the risk of graft-versus-host disease, a common complication.
