First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This phase II trial is testing new therapies, including the drug teclistamab, for people with multiple myeloma that has relapsed or not responded to treatment. About 300 participants will be enrolled in an adaptive platform design that allows adding new treatment arms over time. The goal is to find the best therapy for each patient more efficiently.

What this could lead to
If successful, this trial could identify better treatment options for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or not responded to prior therapies.
What could go wrong
This is a mid-stage trial with multiple experimental arms, so results are uncertain. The drugs may not work better than current options or could have significant side effects.
