Summary
This study compares a new combination of teclistamab and pomalidomide against the standard treatment (carfilzomib, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone) for multiple myeloma that has come back after improvement. About 162 adults with relapsed or refractory myeloma will take part. The goal is to see if the new combo is safe and can lower cancer cells to undetectable levels.
