New combo aims to supercharge immune attack on lymphoma

NCT ID NCT07138547

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug eliglustat to CD30-targeted immunotherapy can make the treatment work better for people with CD30-positive lymphoma. About 40 adults who have already tried at least one other cancer treatment will receive either a CAR-T cell therapy or an antibody-drug conjugate, with or without eliglustat. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and improves response rates.
