This study tests whether electroacupuncture—acupuncture with mild electrical pulses—can safely ease symptoms of functional dyspepsia, a condition causing stomach fullness or pain after eating. About 105 adults aged 18 to 80 will be split into groups receiving needles on the abdomen, on the arms and legs, or a sham treatment. The goal is to find the best approach to improve digestion and quality of life.
