Summary
This study looked at how a fitness campaign helped older adults (over 60) living in public housing improve their physical and mental health after the COVID-19 pandemic. Over 1,000 participants received different levels of support, from just an exercise kit to group training and behavior coaching. The researchers measured things like step count, strength, mobility, and mood to see what worked best.
