Summary
This study looks at whether a digital program called the Digital Connect Project can help homebound older adults (age 65+) maintain their physical and mental health. About 1,024 participants in Hong Kong will use the program, and researchers will measure changes in quality of life, memory, loneliness, and physical function. The goal is to see if technology can support aging in place.
