First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at why older adults respond differently to the same exercise program. Researchers will have 250 healthy adults aged 60+ do a mix of cycling and strength training three times a week. The goal is to understand what makes exercise more effective for some, so future programs can be personalized.
