Summary

This study follows about 424 people with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) who are taking elafibranor as part of their normal care. Researchers will track how well the drug controls liver damage and symptoms like itching over 5 years. The goal is to see if elafibranor works safely in real-world conditions, not just in strict clinical trials.
