Summary
This study tests a modified surgery that aims to preserve ejaculation in men over 40 with an enlarged prostate, compared to the standard complete removal of prostate tissue. The goal is to see if the new method can relieve urinary symptoms just as well while avoiding the common side effect of ejaculation problems. About 336 men will take part, and their urinary and sexual function will be tracked for 6 months.
