Summary

This study tests if lying on your side at different angles (30°, 90°, 120°) can improve lung function in people with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), a serious lung condition. Researchers will use a special imaging tool to monitor lung activity in real time. The goal is to find a safer, more effective position therapy to reduce deaths and improve outcomes.
