NCT ID NCT07259499
First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether simple blood tests and brain scans can help predict which older adults with memory loss or frailty will need to visit the emergency room within six months. Researchers will follow 110 people over age 64 who have trouble with daily activities. The goal is to find early warning signs so doctors can better support these patients and reduce unnecessary hospital visits.
