Summary
This study tested a 12-week web-based diet program with text messaging for 50 colorectal cancer survivors. The goal was to see if the program was easy to use and could help people eat more vegetables, whole grains, and fish while cutting back on red meat and sweets. Participants also received standard diet information. The study focused on whether people would stick with the program and if it led to healthier eating and better quality of life.
