This study compares early task-oriented rehabilitation (practicing daily-life activities) to traditional physiotherapy in 158 adults who had a stroke within the past 48 hours. The goal is to see which approach leads to better motor function and quality of life after 3 months. Participants will receive therapy 3-4 times per week during and after their hospital stay.
