Summary

This study compares early task-oriented rehabilitation (practicing meaningful daily activities) with traditional physiotherapy in 158 adults who had a stroke within the past 48 hours. The goal is to see which approach leads to better motor function and quality of life after 3 months. Participants will receive 3-4 sessions per week during their hospital stay and follow-up.
