Summary
This study looked at whether giving a special liquid nutrition formula soon after surgery helps critically ill mothers who had a C-section and are in the ICU. 83 women participated, and the focus was on meeting their protein and energy needs in the first two days after surgery. The goal was to improve recovery and patient satisfaction within a standard care framework called ERAS.
