New scans may spot heart trouble early in young cancer survivors

Summary
This study tests whether newer imaging techniques like special ultrasound and MRI can detect heart damage earlier in children, adolescents, and young adults who have had cancer treatment. Researchers will follow 400 participants to see how many develop heart problems. The goal is to improve monitoring and catch issues sooner.
