New heart scans could catch damage early in young cancer survivors

Summary
This study aims to see if advanced imaging techniques, like special ultrasound and MRI, can find heart damage earlier in children, teens, and young adults who have had cancer treatment. Researchers will follow 400 participants to track heart problems that may appear during or after chemotherapy. The goal is to improve early detection and care for young survivors.
