NCT ID NCT07392788
First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at whether giving a drug called dapagliflozin (a gliflozin) early to elderly patients (75 and older) with worsening heart failure in the emergency room is practical. About 144 participants will either get the drug within 24 hours plus a follow-up call, or standard care alone. The goal is to see if this approach can be smoothly implemented, not yet to prove it works better.
