Summary

This observational study looks for better ways to detect diabetic peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage) early. Researchers will use painless ultrasound to measure the sciatic nerve and nearby blood flow, plus a blood test for a specific protein, in 120 adults with type 2 diabetes. The goal is to create a more accurate tool for early diagnosis and tailored care.
