Summary
This study aims to see if training doctors on a standardized process helps them identify ATTR amyloidosis earlier in people at high risk. About 4,000 adults aged 60 and older with heart failure will be enrolled across 50 sites in China. Doctors will receive special training on disease knowledge, imaging techniques, and diagnostic steps. The main goal is to measure how many patients are correctly diagnosed with ATTR amyloidosis using this approach.
