Scientists probe why Women's blood vessels change with age
NCT ID NCT06417177
Summary
This study aims to understand how aging and the transition through menopause affect how women's blood vessels respond to low oxygen levels. Researchers will measure blood flow in the arms of 75 healthy women who are premenopausal, perimenopausal, or postmenopausal. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about vascular health changes, not to test a treatment.
