Summary
This study tests whether playing a special online game for 20 minutes, four times a week, can improve memory and thinking speed in people with multiple sclerosis. Researchers will compare the game group to a control group receiving standard care. The trial aims to enroll 150 adults with relapsing-remitting or progressive MS who have cognitive complaints.
