Summary

This study tests whether eight weeks of mindfulness training can improve emotional well-being and strengthen the relationship between people with Parkinson's disease and their family caregivers. About 200 Chinese patient-caregiver pairs will be randomly assigned to either the mindfulness program or usual care. Researchers will measure changes in negative emotions, relationship quality, and other health indicators over several months.
