This early-phase study tested the safety of a drug called duvelisib when given with either romidepsin or bortezomib for people with T-cell lymphoma that returned or didn't respond to prior treatment. The study involved 114 adults and aimed to find the best dose with acceptable side effects. It is not a cure, but a step toward better control of this aggressive cancer.
