Summary
This study tested the drug dupilumab in 63 Chinese adults with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps (growths in the nose). Participants received either dupilumab injections or a placebo, along with a standard nasal steroid spray, for 24 weeks. The goal was to see if dupilumab could shrink polyps and ease nasal congestion better than placebo alone.
