Experimental drug targets rare, painful stomach disease

Summary
This study is testing an existing drug, dupilumab, to see if it can help people with eosinophilic gastritis, a chronic allergic condition where too many white blood cells cause painful stomach inflammation. The trial will enroll 22 adults and adolescents to receive the drug for up to one year. Researchers will measure if the drug reduces stomach inflammation and improves symptoms like pain, nausea, and vomiting.
