Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, dupilumab, in 20 young children (6 months and older, weighing 5 to 15 kg) with active eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), a condition that causes throat inflammation and feeding problems. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can reduce inflammation over 24 weeks. Researchers will also monitor side effects and how the drug behaves in the body.
