Summary
This study follows 350 adults with uncontrolled COPD who are starting dupilumab, a medication that reduces lung inflammation. Researchers will track changes in quality of life and breathing symptoms over two years using simple questionnaires. The goal is to see how well the drug works outside of a controlled clinical setting.
