Summary
This study aimed to see if combining physical and mental exercises (dual-task training) helps people who had ACL surgery recover better than doing them separately. Only 2 people took part before the study was stopped early. Researchers wanted to measure changes in thinking, jumping, and strength after 10 weeks of training.
