Summary

This study tested three treatments for chronic teeth grinding (bruxism): dry needling and two types of botulinum toxin (Botox). 72 adults with severe jaw pain were split into three groups. Researchers measured pain levels and jaw muscle thickness before treatment and up to 3 months after to see which approach worked best.
