First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looked at how two common drugs, itraconazole and rifampin, change the way the body processes selpercatinib, a cancer treatment. Twenty-four healthy adults took selpercatinib alone and then with each of the other drugs. Researchers measured drug levels in the blood to understand interactions and ensure safe dosing.
