First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tested how a single dose of selpercatinib changes the amount of rosuvastatin in the blood of 28 healthy adults. The goal was to see if taking these two drugs together could lead to higher or lower levels of rosuvastatin, which might affect safety or effectiveness. Participants were monitored for about 26 days, and the results help doctors understand how to use these medications more safely.
