NCT ID NCT07232589
First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study looks at how a common heart medication, diltiazem, changes the amount of the experimental cancer drug nemtabrutinib in the body. About 26 healthy adults will take nemtabrutinib with and without diltiazem, and researchers will measure drug levels in their blood. The goal is to understand potential drug interactions, not to treat any disease.
