First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study looked at how the drug bosentan changes the way the body processes nerandomilast in 16 healthy men. The goal was to see if bosentan speeds up the breakdown of nerandomilast, which could affect how well it works. Participants took bosentan for several days and then a single dose of nerandomilast, with blood samples taken to measure drug levels. The results will help doctors understand if dose adjustments are needed when these drugs are used together.
