Summary
This study tests whether early occupational therapy—focused on motivating activities and sleep routines—can reduce delirium (sudden confusion) in patients after heart bypass surgery. Researchers will compare the therapy to standard care in 300 adults. The goal is to see if this approach lowers delirium rates and is cost-effective.
