Double trigger may boost IVF success for women with poor ovarian response
NCT ID NCT07569289
First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether giving two medications (a GnRH agonist and HCG) instead of just HCG can help women with low ovarian response produce more mature eggs for IVF. About 164 women will be randomly assigned to receive either the double trigger or the standard HCG trigger. The goal is to see if the double trigger leads to more usable eggs and higher pregnancy rates.
