Summary

This study aims to help pregnant women and their babies in rural Guatemala by providing food supplements and counseling on healthy eating, exercise, and infant feeding. The goal is to reduce both maternal obesity and child stunting in the same household. About 1,532 pregnant women aged 16 and older will take part.
