This clinical trial is testing whether a combination of two drugs—dostarlimab (an immunotherapy) and niraparib (a PARP inhibitor)—works better than standard chemotherapy for women with a rare and aggressive type of uterine or ovarian cancer called carcinosarcoma. The study will enroll 138 women whose cancer has returned after at least one round of chemotherapy.
