Summary
This study tested whether a drug called dornase alfa (Pulmozyme) can help open small blood vessels in the brain after a stroke. The trial included 39 people who had a stroke caused by a clot and were already receiving standard clot-busting medicine and a procedure to remove the clot. The goal was to see if the drug could improve blood flow to the brain, which may lead to better recovery.
