Summary

This study tests a treatment called DNX-2401, a modified virus injected directly into brain tumors, for children and young adults with recurrent or hard-to-treat high-grade brain tumors. The goal is to see if this single injection can shrink tumors and help patients live longer. About 39 participants will receive the injection during surgery and be monitored for safety and tumor response.
