First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a type of exercise called Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) can help women with stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising). About 62 women will either do DNS exercises or standard pelvic floor muscle training. The goal is to see if DNS works as well as the usual training to reduce symptoms and improve muscle function.
