This early study tests a new drug (177Lu-DTPA-SC16.56) that delivers radiation directly to cancer cells in people with small-cell lung cancer or neuroendocrine prostate cancer that has come back after standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if the treatment is tolerable. Only 12 participants will be enrolled at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
